New Member Orientation

A few times a year, Crown of Glory provides a New Member Orientation. All visitors and guests looking to make Crown of Glory their church home are invited to attend an orientation lunch in the Sun Hall.

Date: Sunday, November 3 at 10:15 a.m.

New Member Welcome

During the service, your family will be briefly introduced to the congregation. We will also take a photo for our New Member Bulletin Board. Let Pastor Reggie know which service your family will attend.

Dates: Saturday, November 9 at 5:00 p.m.

            Sunday, November 10 at 9:00 a.m.

Who Is Orientation For?

Anyone wishing to make Crown of Glory Lutheran Church their home congregation.

What Should You Expect?

New Member orientation is actually a brief glimpse into the community life of Crown of Glory Lutheran Church. We would be delighted to have you consider yourself a part of this community of the Living Word. Membership typically is a step that persons take when they wish to make a full commitment to the life of the congregation. Membership costs nothing but asks much. It is the free gift of God in faith for all who participate. It is our joy in response to that gift to share it with others.

What Does CoG Provide For You and Your Family?

As a congregation we provide for the upkeep and development of the needed tools of ministry such as building, staff and supplies. We contribute to the global, national and regional needs and ministries of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). We serve the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of all who enter here as though it were offered to Christ. The word Christian means “little Christ” so in serving the needs of our neighbor, we are living out the Christian life.
